Returns & Refunds

At Extinguished Vintage, we aim to make sure you’re satisfied with your purchase. If something’s not quite right, here’s how our return process works:

 

📦 Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be in their original condition 

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• We strongly recommend using a tracked service. We cannot guarantee a refund for items lost in transit.

💳 Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

• A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover handling and processing costs.
